What you need:

Red polka fabric from fabric store for bandanna hat,

Denim or blue shirt

Red lipstick
black eyeliner on top lids

Jeans

Black boots (optional)

That's it! Easy and you look great for the night.

Go as - Tippi Hedren in Alfred Hitchcock's 1963 film "The Birds". Try Michaels' crafts for the fake birds, Goodwill for an old vintage dress and some fake blood.
